In 2020 the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants surveyed our membership and found that PAs across the commonwealth were reporting disparities in understanding of recent PA statute updates from their employers. Following the 2021 Kentucky General Assembly session KAPA has drafted a brief for hospitals, practices, and other employers with outlining recent updates to Kentucky's PA practice statutes.
