The KAPA Board of Directors is pleased to announce a new lobbying partnership with Top Shelf Lobby, a well-renowned Kentucky firm lead by Marc Wilson.
“The Top Shelf Lobby team is excited about the opportunity to work with the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants.” said Marc Wilson, partner at Top Shelf Lobby. “The health care industry is one of the most complicated industries there is—and tackling complicated issues is where our team rises above the rest.”
“After an exhaustive search KAPA is thrilled to have found a new partner for our advocacy efforts on behalf of the profession here in the Commonwealth.” Said KAPA Vice President and Government Affairs Chair Andrew Rutherford. “We’re in a fantastic position going into the 2020 General Assembly due to the hard work of our members and we cannot thank them enough!”
“On behalf of the KAPA Board of Directors, I’d like to thank our members for their continued dedication to promoting the PA cause throughout Kentucky,” said KAPA President, Laurie Garner. “We are proud to welcome the Top Shelf Lobby team onboard, and we look forward to working with them to pass prescriptive authority legislation and better improve the practice atmosphere for PAs in our state.”
